Day One at the 107th AES Convention in New York City was full of
events, including Helen Meyer's award, presented by Marina
Bosi, President of AES, in the special events hall. In addition
to the awards ceremony, the Meyer Sound demo room (3D01) and the
Meyer Sound Booth 444, received a plethora of visitors to see the
new UMS-1P
in the 5.1 Surround Sound System in the demo room. In addition
to the UMS-1P, the other large attraction was the new L-Track
rigging system, one of the many products highlighted at
the Meyer Sound booth this year at AES. Make sure to check back
tomorrow, Saturday, September 25 for day two of the convention.
