AVB: The Future of Audio/Video Networking

This presentation will introduce attendees to Audio/Video Bridging (AVB) and will provide an overview of AVB and related IEEE standards. The session will look at how this technology will enable high quality audio to be sent over Ethernet with extremely low latency. Attendees will be introduced to the IEEE AVB standard for networking audio and video and will learn how this development will change the way systems are designed, installed, and implemented.

Intro to Galileo/Compass: Session 1

This webinar will provide an introduction to using Meyer Sound’s Galileo loudspeaker management system and Compass software for Galileo control. This webinar provides an overview of the Galileo hardware and Compass software and focuses on use of a single Galileo. Topics will include configuring IP addresses and wireless options for connectivity and control; guide to different tabs and menus; atmospheric and array correction features; Different filter options; and how to save and recall projects and snapshots.

Introduction to Filters: Session 1

Today's DSP devices provide a myriad of filter options, but the use of filters in optimizing sound systems is frequently misapplied and not entirely understood by many users. It is imperative to under the appropriate application of filter options and be aware of the negative affects of inappropriate filter use. This first session will describe individual filter types.
