Circo Fantastico has announced that they will use a complete Meyer Sound self-powered loudspeaker system for their US tour.

¡Circo Fantástico! is a quality live family entertainment experience offering the thrill and spontaneity of a live circus and the fiesta environment of Latin American celebrations. The two-hour show features Latin music, dancers in traditional costumes, comedy routines, jugglers, clowns, thrill acts and breathtaking acrobatic artistry, presented by an all-star cast featuring world-renowned Latino performers.

The show travels in a new 2,500-seat, climate-controlled tent with state-of the art lights and staging, and features a sound system based on Meyer Sound UPA-2P Compact Narrow Coverage Loudspeakers. The tent's entry foyer serves as a festival-style venue for pre-show entertainment and offers an assortment of Latin American foods.

Lloyd Kinkade of Meyer Sound worked with Circo producers Allan and Randy Bloom, as well as Technical Director Bill Warner, to accomplish the goals set by Circo. "It was a pleasure to work with an organization starting at the ground floor that understands the value and importance of a quality sound system," said Kinkade. "The problems of doing sound in the round are never simple, but using UPA-2P's in conjunction with Quickfly rigging offers a reliable, high-quality solution."

¡Circo Fantástico! will travel to the heart of predominantly Latino communities across the United States starting on Nov. 8th. The tour launched in Pomona, CA at the L.A. County Fairplex, traveling throughout California and then through Nevada, Colorado, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Puerto Rico.
