Stereophonics on tour with Meyer Sound M3D
LONDON, UK (November 2001) A Meyer Sound M3D Line Array loudspeaker system is currently being used on a sold-out UK tour for Stereophonics, a UK based group poised to break into the mainstream in the U.S.A. Autograph Sales of London has been supplying and supporting Capital Sound, the sound rental company responsible for the tour, since their initial purchase of a Meyer M3D system earlier in the summer. Capital Sound recently added four M3D-Sub Directional Subwoofers to compliment their M3D line array system. This is the first major UK tour for the Meyer Sound M3D system. Ease of rigging and equalization, coupled with its long throw capabilities, make it an ideal choice for the kind of venues used in the Stereophonics tour. Within 20 days, the sound system had to accommodate twelve widely different size venues, ranging from large arenas to smaller auditoriums. The Meyer Sound M3D Line Array has surpassed all expectations to date and has delivered a problem free solution with which Capital Sound is delighted.
