A-ha Thrills Kiev Through Meyer Sound System

Emerging from a year-long sabbatical, Norway's a-ha brought the Odessa Sport Palace to life in Odessa, Ukraine, with a Meyer Sound system the band was delighted to find. As soon as the band found out it was possible to use a system of Meyer Sound M3D line array loudspeakers, no other sound system bids were considered. The system provided by Terminal TTS of Gorlovka, Ukraine, for the 7,000-strong crowd consisted of 16 M3Ds for the main hangs, 12 M3D-Sub directional subwoofers, one M3D for center fill, 12 PSM-2 high-power low-profile stage monitors, and six USM-1P extended range narrow coverage stage monitors. The director of Just Radio, sponsors of the concert, reported that Odessa's listeners had never before encountered such high-quality sound.
