News Flash: Temptation 2004 Tour Uses MILO
Canada's Vertex Sound & Lighting supplied a system of MILO front arrays and M2D out-fills for the Temptation 2004 Tour. The tour is a series of arena-sized Bollywood concerts with massive production, including major audio, lasers, pyrotechnics, video, LED walls, confetti cannons, and more. Vertex relies on Meyer Sound MAPP Online to plan their daily system setups, says VP Bob Vonesh. "Unlike any other system I've used, MAPP really, really tracks," Vonesh enthuses. "If it says the system will behave a certain way in a particular space, it does. That made life a lot easier on this tour because you have most of your problems pointed out to you by MAPP Online before you ever get to the venue, so you have the opportunity to address whatever issues exist in advance of arriving on-site. I've yet to have to fly-in the system to make a splay angle change. It's a real time-saver and the rig sounds wonderful. The clients love it!"
