Joe Caruso Jr. Joins Meyer Sound as Northeast Technical Support
Meyer Sound's growing Technical Support team has been bolstered with the appointment of audio veteran Joe Caruso Jr. as Northeast Technical Sales Support Representative. Caruso will work closely with Northeast Sales Manager Sandy Macdonald to provide on-site support services and product demonstrations throughout the region. Caruso comes to Meyer Sound from the installation group at Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Audio Analysts, where he was instrumental in many notable installations. His prior industry experience also includes head audio engineer on touring Broadway shows and positions with AV specialists ProMix Electrotec and SAVI, as well as Moscow State Ballet, and Empire State Plaza Center for the Performing Arts. "We are committed to back up users of Meyer Sound products with thorough and knowledgeable customer support. Joe's broad base of experience makes him a perfect fit for this position," says John Monitto, Meyer Sound Director of Technical Support. "Joe understands our products and company philosophy and we're extremely pleased to have him on board." A native of Brooklyn, NY, Caruso eagerly anticipates a return to the Northeast and taking on his new duties. "I am very excited about providing support to Meyer Sound's customers," he says.
