After logging 215 shows in 45 countries over 29 months, Metallica wrapped up their "World Magnetic Tour" on a thundering high note in Australia at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena. Since the first leg of the official tour kicked off in Arizona in 2008, FOH Engineer "Big Mick" Hughes and Thunder Audio—along with MILO line arrays and 700-HP subwoofers—have accompanied the band through sold-out arenas and stadia across Europe, North America, Latin America, Japan, and finally to Australia, where four sold-out shows last month broke Sydney's box office record for a single artist.

In the featured video, Big Mick and Thunder Audio's Paul Owen take Entech TV behind the scenes and explain what it takes for a show of this magnitude to come together. And if you want to relive the highlight moments of the tour, see Metallica's photo album on Facebook.
