Meyer Sound Joins Linux Foundation

Meyer Sound has recently joined The Linux Foundation, a nonprofit consortium dedicated to developing and standardizing the Linux platform. Partnering with an impressive membership that includes Adobe, Siemens, Intel, Marvell, Google, and Cisco, Meyer Sound will expand its participation in embedded Linux activities and continue its support for the open source community.

Meyer Sound currently uses embedded Linux in the development of the D-Mitri digital audio platform and Galileo loudspeaker management system allowing for a lightweight, powerful, stable, and customizable development platform.
