On May 20-23, 2010, the new Meyer Sound MINA line array loudspeaker will be showcased at the PALM Expo China in Beijing. Following its warm reception during recent previews in Germany, Mexico, and Dubai, MINA will be joined by the CAL column array loudspeaker, JM-1P arrayable loudspeaker, and D-Mitri digital audio platform in an impressive lineup of advanced audio technology featured on the Meyer Sound Stand 4405 in Hall 4.

Named by MIX Magazine as one of the top ten product picks at ProLight + Sound 2010, MINA shares the same exceptional musicality and intelligibility as the MILO, MICA, and M'elodie line array loudspeakers. At less than 472 mm wide and only 21.32 kg, MINA produces up to 128 dB SPL at one meter with an operating frequency range of 70 Hz to 18 kHz over a 100-degree horizontal coverage area. MINA can serve as the main system in smaller theatres, ballrooms, and houses of worship, and as fill subsystems for MICA and M'elodie.

Show visitors are invited to learn more about the emerging AVB audio/video bridging networking standards implemented in two Meyer Sound products at the show: the D-Mitri digital platform and the CAL column array loudspeakers. The CAL loudspeakers bring unprecedented vertical coverage control and exceptional intelligibility in highly reverberant environments. D-Mitri is a true networked environment designed to bring the capabilities of the Galileo loudspeaker management system, the Matrix3 audio show control system, and the Constellation acoustic system to the next level.

The JM-1P arrayable loudspeaker system has redefined point source systems to provide precise horizontal control in a seamless, tight-packed array in theatres and nightclubs. An extremely easy-to-use, highly versatile system, the JM-1P exhibits an impressive power output of 138 dB max peak SPL at one meter.
