The VEAM option replaces the AC connector, and places AC power,
audio and RMS data into one multipin, quick make and break,
environmentally sealed multipin connector.

Meyer Sound now offers a VEAM all-in-one connector option on our
M Series, Concert Series and UltraSeries (with the exception the
UPM and UMS) products. The VEAM option replaces the AC connector,
and places AC Power, Audio and RMS data into one multipin, quick
make and break, environmentally sealed multipin connector.
Originally designed for the hostile environments of the transit
industry, the VEAM connector is a perfect choice for road use and
long-term indoor and outdoor installations. The connector's contacts
are fully sealed when the connector is mated.

Features of the VEAM CIR Series include:
1. Quick coupling and uncoupling with one quarter turn.
2. High shock and vibration resistance - 50g's.
3. No coupling threads to wear or bind due to contamination.
4. Audible, visual and tactile indication of full coupling.
5. Waterproof connection to 10 meters (33 ft.) for 12 hours. Meets IT67
rating.
The pin blocks are designed for a make-first, break-last connection on
AC and audio ground. The fully modular CIR Series utilizes removable pins
and sockets, changeable back shells, coupling nuts and strain relief's,
making the connector easy to service.
